Dissipate your consciousness and become conscious again that you are within your physical body, lying on the ground.
Become conscious of your breathing, the slow movements of your belly as it rises, and as it falls.
Become conscious of your arms on the ground; of your legs and feet. Move your fingers a little; move your toes.
Bring your hands to a prayer position above your heart and rub them together ever so gently. Continue as you bend your knees, bringing the soles of your feet together towards your torso and rub the soles of your feet together, as you continue to rub your palms together.
Bring your feet down, let go of your hands, half open your eyes, keeping your attention towards your third eye area.
Roll to the right, and when you’re ready, sit up.
We’ll finish with three Om
AUM / AUM / AUM
Namaste
